Location was in a very busy area. Rooms are spacious and clean with A/C and fridge and bed was wide and good. Breakfast was good with omelette cooking station, pancakes and fresh fruits Negative Internet was working only from one device. You have to use 2 elevators to get into your room No good restaurants and supermarkets nearby hotel Coffee at the breakfast was Nescafé

Good accommodation in the center of Kampala
The hotel is located in upper floors of a shopping mall. I stayed for 4 nights and took the executive room which still had a very acceptable price (approx. 80 USD). The room was big, nicely furnished and despite the central location quiet at night. Breakfasts are OK, a mid-size buffet with everything you need. The staff is friendly but the service-orientation could be better. All in all I enjoyed the stay and can imagine that I would stay there again.

Koki is a new hotel. It's well appointed, clean and everything works. The staff are very helpful and professional. The hotel has a simple restaurant and no bar. The location is convenient to many things but the neighborhood is pretty hectic. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well. It was a bit noisy at times.

For $50/night, my expectations were higher. The hotel is inside a very busy commercial center. The area itself appears to be a commercial hub. The noise levels were bearable as the rooms are on higher levels. I will say, the staff are nice and the room is clean but it's super basic and the lighting is poor. No value for money, at least for me!

Never Again will I be back there.
Had a bad experience. Simple as that. I literally had to cut my stay short by a day and half. Poor or nonexistent customer service. They (staffs) are all walking around like you owed them to be there.

I was told this might not be a good place to stay given the location, but am so glad I did! The room was facing the busy street below but the room was very quiet! Spacious and comfortable! My only complaint would be that staff could be a bit friendlier. I think at check in the entire process was done without a word exchanged. Housekeeping was great but should take note of the do not disturb sign on the door. Several times I had people ringing the bell to clean the room while on conference calls with colleagues in the USA which was a bit disruptive but nothing too major. Overall I will definitely recommend this place and stay again! Breakfast was great each day. I didn’t try the other menu items for lunch or dinner.
