Was a great stay, amazing location, had a beautiful view of the empire state building, and staff were helpful as can be, with any issues. Bit hard to get a lift down in mornings, especially around check out time, so id advise anyone staying, to avoid at those times (especially if youre higher up), but apart from that, this place is a brilliant place to sta! If i come back, it will be here

The gentleman who took care of us at check in was super friendly, really appreciated that AND we got upgrade to a room with a view of the Empire State Building, which was a wonderful surprise treat. And the warm cookies!! Also super appreciative of small touches in the room like USB ports in bedside lamps and the low night listen the bathroom. . Those things matter when you’re traveling and tired.
