The worst room in a hotel in my life.

The worst bed used in a hotel in my entire life, the sheets already gray from the worn as well as the towels. The curtains do not cover the entire window, you must place something to cover and have privacy

There wasn’t the clearest communication amongst staff. Some of the things in my room didn’t work properly, I wasn’t given a remote for the AC that I had, my TV wouldn’t work properly even after they “replaced it”, and there weren’t tissues in the tissue dispenser. I’m not trying to be arrogant about things, but they could’ve at least made sure those things were good

Bien aunque puede mejorar.

El hotel en términos generales es decente para llegar a descansar. Las habitaciones se encontraban limpias aunque es notable la falta de mantenimiento. Para pasar una noche y descansar me parece una buena opción debido a su precio, sin embargo si tú estancia en Querétaro es un poco más larga, sugiero buscar otra opción.

El hotel está aceptable más sin embargo hay muchos aspectos que puede mejorar La recepción no da una impresión de un buen hotel Ciertamente el hotel tiene mucho espacio para estacionarse más sin embargo hay zonas donde el estacionamiento te queda demasiado lejos como para llevar y traer tus cosas deberían de ofrecer una especie de diablito una especie de transporte que te facilite mover tus cosas hasta el hotel
