The room was absolutely lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilet needed flushed when we first entered, but other than that the room was very clean. Loved the blackout curtains and the shower. Good location close to the short north, but not right in the busy area.

Beautiful and friendly hotel
This was our first time staying here and I would stay again! This is a beautiful hotel and everyone was so nice and friendly! The hotel is busy and there are things to do around the area. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel at the end of our night and hanging at the lobby/bar area to playing cards with friends and enjoying drinks. The only negative was the morning shower did not have hot water, so it was a quick shower. I still would come back!

Overall Good to Excellent stay at the Junto. My only complaints are in regards to the parking garage is 1/2 block away and the parking fees posted are inaccurate (posted sign says $15/day but in fact $30 for 24 hours) and there are no parking receipts available for which one needs to be re-imbursed for travel/business. Lastly, no laundry on site. The rest is excellent. The staff are very courteous and there are two nice restaurants in the hotel.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel
