We enjoyed the hotel; it was just a bit set back from the main street, so it was quiet and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We did use the shuttle service once or twice, but more often, since Sonder is pretty close to the Disney properties, we just Ubered which did not cost much at all!

The hotel was in a great location and overall in very good condition. It felt safe and well-maintained. My only complaints were that the water pressure in the shower was quite weak, and the floors inside the hotel weren't very clean—walking barefoot would leave my feet noticeably dirty. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Sonder Cirrus is in a great location with plenty of places to eat. It is located near many area attractions. The kids had fun playing the outdoor games. The hotel wasn't the attraction for us as we were busy during our stay with a number of events. Would recommend.

We stayed for a couple of nights while passing through and the room was spacious and having the Sonders app was helpful for checkin and door access. This seems to have been an older motel that was updated and room was clean and beds comfortable. Grounds were very nice and had a large, clean pool. Some prior guests had issues with the tv and at 1st we also experienced until we turned off the tv and on again and all was fine.

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained , even elevator broke while there which is completely out of their control and they had if being fixed in the middle of the night to accommodate their guests for morning , would definitely stay here again can’t find one thing wrong with it

Luke warm shower water, only two bath towels for a week. Shower had someone else’s hair in it. Paper thin walls, no one ever at front desk, grout and around outside of tub dirty. Comforter inside duvet cover had large lumps in them on both beds as if someone dried them too hot. One positive was the location.

It’s an older hotel that’s completely been redone. It’s nicely done. Very comfortable. Very nice staff. 15 mins to Disney any time of the day. Two mins to grocery or restaurants. I’d def stay here again.
