It was excellent. Our stay was short but comfortable. Ameer at reception was very helpful and excellent.

The hotel has very helpful staff, quite and peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms. The distance to the haram is manageable by foot provided enough time is allowed for commute before the adhan. Alternatively, the shuttle bus can be used.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The driver for al haram was so punctual and patient. But you still have to walk at least 20 min after you get off the shuttle bus. The food was quite expensive in hotel but there's some options around the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Location is good and only a 25min walk to the Haram. There is also a shuttle but the drop off location isn't ideal. The manager Hamid is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but could do with adding more options. Rooms are clean and have all the basic enemies. I would recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.
