Really nice accomadating staff. Edwin at the door is delightful . So was the gentleman who helped me w my computer. All the staff was great and friendly! The fish tank was a highlight. The location was nice but other than that not much to say. They charge a resort fee but offer nothing no breakfast, pool or gym. We had to request housekeeping bring a second set of towels as there were two of us registered in the room, but only one set of towels. We stayed during Christmas the roof top bar was closed on Christmas understandable then for a private event and the next night due to weather so we never got to experience that. Front desk staff was friendly but all in all I would not stay here again.

The staff was attentive, accommodating to my needs and very polite. The room did not come equipped with many things I thought were standard, but when I asked for them, they promptly brought them. The heat did not work the first night, so they moved us to a new room. Arben even comped us two mornings of a full breakfast for two at the restaurant next door. I Also liked that they had a ramp and a handicap button to open the door. The location was the best part!
