Reasonable price for an average hotel

Been there for business trip. Reasonable price. Average breakfast. Away from centre of Latina and hard to find a taxi. Some major maintenance problems at the hotel that should be fixed. More power plugs needed in the room. Receptionists should speak English.

Ok hotel, but airco failing for the whole hotel

The hotel by itself is ok. The location might not be too central but its close to a Carrefur and some other places, which provides what you need. The hotel only serves normal Italian breakfast and nothing else. Especially one of their staff was really helpful and nice, however, he will leave the hotel soon. As you can see in other reviews the hotel has issues with airco, and this time it was a heat wave and airco was failing for the hotel, leaving the visitors sweeting in the rooms. That is simply not good enough. Laundry is over expensive and should not be used. Other than that rooms are ok and you could possibly have a good time there.

Che tristezza!

Ho prenotato questo hotel tramite expedia, cercavo una sistemazione non troppo cara e questa proposta mi era sembrata allettante (60 euro a notte per camera doppia). Arriviamo in hotel alle 17.00 e ci viene assegnata la camera. Saliamo, entriamo e troviamo la camera in completo disordine (era stata abitata e non rifatta). Torniamo in reception e con mille scuse ci assegnano un'altra camera. Finalmente entriamo in camera e cominciano le sorprese. Non c'e' un armadio (solo due porta stampelle). L'impianto di condizionamento (previsto nel sito dell'hotel) non e' funzionante, sostituito con un condizionatore a corrente fisso a parete, anche questo non funzionante, nel senso che malgrado la sua buona volonta' non riusciva a rinfrescare l'ambiente! Va be' dobbiamo starci 3 giorni, pazienza. Cerchiamo di aprire la finestra ma riusciamo solo ad aprire la parte superiore. Va be' dobbiamo starci solo 3 giorni e solo per dormire. La fregatura e' che ci siamo capitati nei giorni piu' caldi di sempre in giugno (temperatura percepita a 39°). Anche il portiere di notte aveva caldo e fino alle due del mattino si sedeva all'aperto e faceva due chiacchiere con un amico, sotto la nostra camera al primo piano! Colazione nella media. Pulizia anche. Personale affabile e cortese ed un poco a disagio per la situazione. Ho saputo poi che l'hotel e' in amministrazione controllata!

Petit déjeuner salé sucré comme vous le désirez. Le personnel est très accueillant.Les chambres sont propres et grandes. Lit confortable. L'environnement extérieur peut être un peu bruyant surtout avec la fenêtre ouverte ;)

servizi standard a prezzi molto competitivi

Hotel situato proprio all'ingresso sud della città in una ottima posizione strategica rispetto alle principali arterie stradali di collegamento. E' un modesto albergo senza grosse pretese ma a prezzi molto molto competitivi ed offerte specie per camere da 2 ospiti in su. Camere arredate in modo semplice e colazione sempre compresa. Ampio parcheggio all'esterno.

Fairly ok.

The hotel is totally ok and the service is nice, even though most people doesn't speak a lot of english. The rooms have no minibar and there is no restaurant in the hotel, its ok because there are places to go and eat, even though outside centrum. Maybe at least there should a fridge, as there is a supermarket nearby, and then it would be easier to have your own. The price for laundry is ridiculously high. The rooms are nice, and the airco worked very well.

NO Air Conditioning

Hotels.com.com says it has AC but the hotels manager refuses to turn it on until summer. Our room was 82F (26C) and 80% humidity. They told us to leave the window open but there is a loud disco across the street.

Our stay was ok...the building is easy to find. The 'wireless internet' they claim to have did not work in our room. When we asked front desk about it (about 3 times) the same front person would blame our units. Our 'units' are top quality!

ottimo hotel sia per lavoro che per la famiglia

Ho pernottato con la mia famiglia per sette notti.Ho gradito la disponibilità di tutto il personale.la colazione nella norma e varia..consiglio nelle vicinanze un buon ristorante "La locanda del tempo perso" nel quale abbiamo cenato per ben 4 volte. ha un menù tutto sommato non ampissimo ma di qualità con prezzi onesti.

Prima hotel en voor Italiaanse begrippen een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het was die dag erg warm buiten. Ruim 30graden. Helaas was de airco ver onder de maat. Men zou er naar kijken, maar het resultaat was een erg warme kamer, en door de warmte kon je niet goed slapen.

Clean & Impossible to beat for the price!

The Maggiora gets a solid 3+ stars from me. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. Good Italian snacks were always out from morning to evening and they would make you an espresso on request. For the price, you could not beat it. A friend and I went for a wedding and had a room with two twin beds. In the room picture they show the beds side by side but there is enough room to move them and put an end table in between. Some Americans might not be accustomed to European-style rooms- they are basic and not the largest but this one had everything that was needed. We will probably stay here again when we go back to visit friends. A huge bonus turned out to be an awesome bar/discoteca named Be Cool (BCool) located right next to our hotel, open on Friday and Saturday nights till 3am. We also had a late checkout and the management was cool with us dragging for a few extra hours at no charge. Much cheaper than the Park Hotel which was on the same block. Hard to beat for the price! No complaints!
