2/10 Poor

Warning: FRAUD! These accommodations do not exist! On arrival the seemingly kind owner told us the property was in construction. We accepted his offer to find us a new place to stay. He would pay the other hotel and send me the difference between what I paid and the costs of the new hotel. The same day I heard that the owner of Rai Village apparently is not trustworthy. I saw on Expedia that you could still book this accommodation for the night! That is strange, since it was in construction. I found out that the pictures on the website and online (except for a couple, like the dome or nature) are FAKE. The houses are edited in the surroundings by a company that probably makes these houses, so people can decide whether to buy them or not. It looks pretty realistic, but after a further look, they do look fake. It is also strange to be in construction if the accommodations are pretty new. Also the reviews do not seem sincere. I would not be surprised if these are fake. Maybe from family or friends (our bought). In the reviews you do not see any real pictures of the accomodation. The owner (after a very long time) paid the other hotel, but after 3 promises to pay me back the difference, he never paid me back. I filed a complaint against Expedia for advertising this scam. I would like to warn everyone. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! You might travel far to see on arrival an empty piece of land with next to it the house of the owner that runs this scam! Anyone, feel free to contact me.
