The staff at the Delamar is always friendly and helpful. I do wish there was someplace to get ice - as I hate to inconvenience the staff to go to the kitchen to get me ice. Otherwise - always a nice stay.

Beautiful hotel. Stunning decor. Best little breakfast buffet and coffee service we’ve had in a long time. Staff was wonderful! We couldn’t be more impressed with this hotel! The room was impeccable and had so many little touches to make it exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent. The food at the Dandelion restaurant was varied and delicious. Everything is new and clean in this hotel. We would certainly stay at this here again… and we would also try other Delamar hotels.

Very impressed with room cleanliness, shower head/water pressure and comfortable bed. Also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet, for both food quality and presentation. Was disappointed with the front desk’s inability to honor my longstanding request for an early checkin (1 pm). I arrived at 1pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. Was told I would be notified by phone when the room was available. Never received the promised phone call and was issued room keys at 3:10pm.

From the moment we arrived we were treated amazing. The front desk greeted us with champagne, and check-in was a breeze. Our room was ready early which was nice. Hotel is beautiful. When we walked in the room I was amazed at how immaculate it was. Beds, floors, everything was spotless. The beds and linens were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel, so much I want to buy one for my house. Didn’t hear any noise in our room on 2nd floor. We stayed here to go to a concert nearby. We woke up and did the complimentary breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, it was nice. Parking lot def gets full fast, but we were able to get a spot. Staff was super nice. Again, place is very clean, rooms were spacious. Very happy with our stay. Not sure why it’s only rated a 3 star hotel, it’s def a higher class hotel in my opinion.

6/10 Good

Nice amenities & easy location. Our stay was on a Saturday night however - planned to eat at the Dandelion restaurant in the hotel but VERY LOUD / more of a night club scene. Hotel in general was very busy - zero parking. Breakfast included - but depleted upon our arrival at 9:20 (breakfast closes at 10).

This was our first Delamar experience. The entire staff provided excellent customer service and treated us like royalty. We celebrated our birthdays together in which they upgraded our room and provided a bottle of wine to celebrate the occasion with us. I highly recommend and will be back as soon as possible.
