Very nice hotel

The hotel is new and just opened which was an added bonus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure wasn't very good in my room but my relatives staying in another room, said that they had GREAT water pressure. The breakfast was good as well. I will stay there again.

We usually stay at a La Quinta because they are nice and they accept pets for a small fee. This one has only been open a few months. Close to the interstate exit. There was a chemical-type smell, I think because of new carpeting.

Newer 2025

Nice new property, which may account for some of the minor issues. No water in room to make coffee but a single cup coffee maker in it. There was coffee in the lobby, you just had to go down there to get it. Breakfast was ok, nothing exciting. Could have been attended to a little better. Easy freeway access. Over all great stay.

Excellent service!

We arrived and the power was off due to the flooding that area received in the past few days. However the young lady at the desk did everything in her power to accommodate us. She went ahead and let us in the room where we could at least stretch out on the bed and once power was restored she made our room keys. I didn’t get her name but I definately think she is an OUTSTANDING employee!!

Bad experience

The service was terrible for them to just open up for 3 months. The bathroom had face towels in the tub and on the curtain rod. The lady there at the front has a bad attitude and she needs training on customer service. Very rude. I will not go back and spend my money.

Uncomfortable.

We registered for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. This was ideal for our group so we wouldn't feel as crowded. When we got to the hotel, they gave us a room with only 2 queen beds and no couch. The lady at the desk said they didn't even offer rooms with a couch and 2 queen beds. We felt lied to and spent a long night feeling over-crowded and very disappointed. The elevator stopped working for most of our stay, there were dead lady bugs under our window.
