It was after 10 pm that night and we managed to get two rooms for our crew for less than $200 a night. That’s amazing for Bonnaroo weekend. Horrible Experience

We have stayed at numerous Residence Inn locations, but our experience at the Nashville, TN property was by far the worst. The level of customer service was completely unacceptable, with staff showing clear preferential treatment toward certain guests while disregarding others. This level of bias and lack of professionalism reflects extremely poor training and management oversight. We will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone seeking fair and respectful treatment.
