The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful despite a language barrier. It is about a 10 minute walk from the centre and was initially a little hard to find, especially as I arrived at night. There is a good breakfast spread and the views from the hotel terraces are great.

Mr. Veysel, property manager did excellent job during our stay. what a great welcoming, definitely it will be my favorite hotel to say when i visit to mardin. It was extremely clean, quiet and safe place to stay.
