Very basic, hotel is above a car garage so you can smell fumes and noises in the morning. Furniture and decor is very dated. Service was good though.

My stay was absolutely wonderful the people at this hotel helped me navigate the loss of my passport the night of my arrival . Thanks to assistance and all our efforts put together my passport was returned in less than 24 hrs. They offered me water , food, tea in the meantime. They showed soo much compassion and support and that I take in my heart . The hotel is beautiful the breakfast is delicious and lacks nothing . It is a few steps from Buda castle and the chain bridge. I walked EVERYWHERE and found this hotel perfect and the staff is superb . The bed, pillows and Linens very clean and house keeping provided daily. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Budapest . I was traveling alone and also felt very safe in the area where the hotel is .
