Stayed as a couple for an anniversary. We found the hotel staff to be incredible, from the concierge, to the reception and the breakfast servers, everyone was so kind and patient. The hotel is amazing, great facilities, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. A special thanks to Francesco, the front desk manager, he's a wonderfully kind and professional hotelier.

Rooms were really clean, views from a high floor room great, great breakfast, the staff took extra care to provide a true 5-star experience and accommodate whatever we asked about. The only downside was noise from a neighbouring construction site but it didn't bother us as we got up early to have a good use of the short daylight time at this season. Oh, and the gym is proper too.

I really enjoyed my stay at ME! I felt very safe and the location is perfect for walking to get food, shopping, etc. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, however the rugs in the hallways and room could get some love. Staff was wonderful, thank you Flix and Luwigi for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend stay at this hotel.

Spacious rooms, great décor and fantastic design very well thought through. The view from our sea view room was to die for. Smell in hotel corridors was divine! Great outdoor pools, nice indoor spa pool. Clean, ultra modern and great location convenient and accessible to all shops and restaurants. Loved our stay and would definitely go back. Great staff housekeeping, door men and breakfast room. Only downside attitude of some staff, in particular Scottish waitress at the poolside rude and very bossy.

The surrounding area outside of the hotel was obviously being rebuilt and modernised which resulted in noise and restrictions. Some very nice restaurants but the bars were not or us.

Hotel was gorgeous. This is a brand-new hotel and the facilities are excellent. Staff are efficient although at times can be a little bit overbearing. Be careful of the pre-authorisation of €100 per day as you check in. This was not mentioned in any paperwork or terms of conditions prior to our arrival so it was a shock to us.

Amazing - Ultra Luxury
Amazing hotel, the staff within the hotel are what make it truly special. Paula the front desk manager, Hugo on the reception and the Russian hostess at the Cabana club are examples of ultra luxury service. This is very hard to find in Malta. I would say a perfect hotel for couples, friends travelling together and on business trips. The hotel amenities are grey with gym and Dee Spa facilities. Brittany from the spa was amazing. Only disappointment was that the hotel allow children into the spa (despite there being an outdoor pool) firstly it’s not safe for children and this space should be kept tranquil and relaxing. Or there should be family hours.

From the moment I arrived, I was met with world-class hospitality and a lovely glass of Prosecco.
The hotel itself is stunning, with modern, stylish interiors and top-tier amenities. I loved the spa area with the sauna and pool sadly the steam room was out of order during my stay. My room was amazingly designed, clean, and offered breathtaking views definitely worth the extra few pennies for the sea view !!!
What truly sets this hotel apart was the incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and comfortable and I felt their sincerity and willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with any request.
Whether it was recommendations for exploring Malta or ensuring I had everything I needed, their dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding.
The rooftop bar was incredible providing a perfect setting to unwind with a top tier cocktail made by Elliott while enjoying the views.
It truly exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect destination for those seeking luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I can’t wait to return!

The staff were excellent & the rooms were huge & of the standard you would expect. The pool area was brilliant but in terms of the whole experience little things were missing. Reception was on the 7th and there was no communal areas. The bar on the 20th has amazing views but was entirely closed off for a private party one night rendering the hotel without a bar for residents. Very odd indeed but on par with a poor balance between being a destination and hotel. They haven't yet achieved that balance imho. I booked a supreme room but was on the 3rd floor facing traffic. I wondered how bad the view is for entry level rooms. A €400 deposit for spends in the hotel was taken upon arrival sadly absent in any pre journey advice. I felt somewhat unduly pressured as a result. For all the technology in the building (electronic DND signs plus light and climate controls of wondrous complexity) the pool bar service was flag someone down, try and find a menu (none online) and then sign a chit. It seemed a contradiction. Breakfast however is a must & set me up entirely for the day. Again though inconsistencies prevailed such as tea bags in packaging put in your cup some days with hot water in the cup / mug but other days in a teapot (but no bag in the pot??). Milk some days was an after thought unless asked. They are so close to being excellent but too many missed opportunities. I stayed here instead of the Hyatt Regency which I stayed in the last year. I'd probably go back there instead.

Hotel is okay has real potential but still needs some work.
Facilities are fantastic and location of the hotel is great as well. Only had three issues on my 4 night stay
1. Loud banging noises which sounded like a hammer hitting a wall. Unfortunately, for me this woke me up pretty early on my last day at the hotel. To be fair I called reception and from my conversation it seemed they tried to find where the banging was coming from.
2. Hotel loss of internet connection in the middle of the night which meant my chilled night of watching Netflix was forced to come to an end. I waited an hour after speaking to reception but it became clear to me that reception didnt know when the internet would be running again so had to force myself to sleep as my late night entertainment had to come to a close.
3. My duvet cover was dirty and I purposely left the tv remote next to the dirty marks so house keeping would see the marks when cleaning and of course as expected the staff member did see the marks but instead of changing duvet the person thought they would be clever by flipping the duvet. However little did the individual who flipped the duvet know is that I am very vigilant and noticed this as soon as I returned to my room so I called reception and requested duvet to be swapped. Very sneaky from house keeping not something I expected from a hotel I assume to set high standards. From this point I did lose confidence on the cleaniness of the hotel.
