We didn't know what to expect in Genova but w really enjoyed it and the Hotel is fabulous. Be warned if you're driving, the roads are extremely tight and getting to and from town was write an exercise but the Hotel experience was great
Location across from train station easy to find. Metro 5 minute walk only 1 line so easy to master. Good sized room, small lift but normal in cities. Port with cruise ships across from metro station. Walkable city.
This was an excellent place to stay on our tour through Italy. Parking was free and felt safe. Concierge was pleasant and our room very clean and tidy. Our room could house all 4 of us and the way it was angled gave the impression of 2 separate areas. we travelled with 2 children so the bunks was excellent for them as we could have separate beds and our bed was comfy and good size. Plenty of towels excellent! We ate at a nearby restaurant of trad food. Breakfast was included and European style-...
We were just there for the night but it was very convenient to the Genoa Brignole Railway station and the sights we wanted to see. The Hotel was was very clean, beds comfortable, reception extremely helpful and the breakfast great value for money. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Genoa.
Lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel because it said it had an elevator, but there was a big flight of stairs up to the reception area. However they did lift the wheelchair up and down for me each time, but that still left me having to struggle with the stairs each time.
