The check in process started off terrible as my cabin code did not work upon arrival. However Traveler Resort quickly corrected the issue by switching me to a comparable cabin. Yet in the new cabin the smoke alarm was triggered and after two attempts to fix it was determined to be malfunctioning. Besides those two unfortunate incidents, the cabin was great and accommodated a family of 4 and two dogs. The location is perfect as you are driving distance to a lot of local restaurants and attractions.

The pool has more seating and umbrellas than the pictures show. Only hiccup was renting 2 rooms and the check in link only ever worked for 1, but that was easily resolved through text with very quick response. The cabins were really nice and close to Tampa. It's about an hour to the gulf. There were a few insects here and there and ants got into the cereal in 106, but the cabins were very clean, linen was fresh. Also one of our cabins didn't have a toaster oven and had a grill that wasn't installed (cabin 95) and we had to buy one. Staff was friendly and they pick your trash up at your curb all day long. We didn't want to leave.

This was a great stay. Everyone was accommodating. It was so quaint. The rooms were all cabin themed. Comfy pillows and nice sheets. Over all VERY clean and so much fun. The air conditioning was very powerful and cold. Tammy was super friendly and quick will all of our request.
