Excellent hotel in Beijing

Customer service excel the expectations... They help us a lot on giving us insights on how to book the attractions and use the transport. The hotel has a good location near to the metro, restaurants, attractions.

The room is acceptable, but it does not justify the price. The shower is also problematic, as it is either too hot or too cold, making it impossible to adjust properly. However, the worst part of my stay was a very serious issue. On the first night (of a three-night stay), I asked a staff member for help ordering food through an app. She entered her phone number into my device and, for some reason, linked my Alipay account to her number. As a result, my accounts became tied to her phone. When I later requested the verification codes to regain access, she refused to provide them. This left my Alipay blocked and made it extremely difficult to continue my trip, as Alipay is essential for daily life in China. This situation caused significant stress and inconvenience. What was most unacceptable was her refusal to share the codes, which showed a serious lack of judgment and empathy.
