Tub clogged the entire stay.
Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived in the evening but left immediately after dropping off our bags to begin our weekend. We returned after midnight to find out the tub was clogged and we were unable to shower. A call was placed to the 24hr service desk to let us know maintenance wasn't available stating hours where from 11a-6p. When I placed a call after 4p I was hung up on twice then finally I was told to send pictures of the clogged tub and email it to maintenance. After waiting a woman showed up to fix the tub. I left to go to the pool only to come back to find out the tub was still clogged and no one would respond to my maintenace calls. Fortunately I had family less than 5 miles that we could at. Please dont use 1616!!

This wasn’t a hotel. There were no “24hr front desk staff” or anyone to call on site when we needed towels and toilet paper. There was only 10-15 onsite parking spots for the 20 story building so we had to walk a half mile or so to find a parking spot (this was not described in the listing) and would have been nice to know ahead of time. Some of the blinds were broken or missing. The water in the shower/tub took 30 mins to go down so you stood in the dirty tub water while showering. I was told I was sent check in instructions 24 hrs before arrival but I wasn’t and I requested check out instructions 3 times and never received them. The one person at the “front desk” made it clear that this was not a hotel and besides answering a few direction questions was no help at all. The floor we stayed on was u see contraction with wet paint, drywall plaster/dust everywhere, no ceilings, and sometimes no lights. We requested that maintenance did not enter our room with us being present but they did anyway.
The room itself was ok, a bit dated and the things like the painted tub stuck out. The place was clean (besides a few areas like a few spots in the fridge and closets). But it smelled like spices and seasoning like someone had just cooked in there (the hallways smelt too). I would never stay here again or recommend others to stay here.

Clean building inside and out. Great reception service. No hassle check-in/out. Good value. Just need more walkable 4-5 star restaurants!
