The apartment looks like the photo, seems to have all the necessary amenities that my family needs. They are clean and fragrant. I think the 68th floor is not bad because from here I can enjoy the view of clouds every morning. Great.

We were blatantly scammed. We paid $200 extra for the advertised 3-bedroom apartment and were instead given a 2-bedroom without any notice. To make matters worse, they completely ignored our attempts to resolve the issue or get a refund. Their communication has been nonexistent, and this problem is still unresolved. Unacceptable!

Terrible and dirty

Warning to all looking at this apartment service. They do not communicate well at all. The contact number is received by a non English speaking person. 1. Rooms all have loudly bathrooms 2. Shower leaks completely all over bathroom. Shower door seals all broken. 3. Lights in kitchen has fallen from ceiling 4. Curtains a dirty stained 5. Bed sheets are dirty and stain and cannot believe I let my kids sleep in them. 6. Laundry balcony is not working properly and flickering constantly. 7. No access to pool or gym !!! None !!! 8. Smokers as this room is not cleaned well at all and smells shocking. Photos evidence is attached. Avoid at all cost as they are liars. They said they would refund my future booking in writing only to have them refuse after contact with Hotels management. How this place is advertise on this global site is terrible to the reputation of this group. I am a gold member with hotels.com and book over 60 nights per year on this site and this is the first outrageous service from the hotel I’ve ever experience. Is it not even a 1 star service and how does anyone say this is a hotel is wrong. See photos.

The room was nice and modern. There is no driveway leading to the lobby. Have to walk from street with bags. Told by staff cannot use the gym or pool for short term stays. Asked for 30 minute late checkout, was not allowed to. Please do not be deceived into thinking this is Landmark 81 Tower. Its L5 residential tower, which is run like an Air B&B
