walking distance from the square downtown.

The place is very clean and easy access by bus, taxi , or uber. Located in the mayor intersection . A colonial style building with a unique decor. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great location. Our bathroom had a bad smell that they tried to correct, but didn't. They kindly provided a small fridge and some dishes so we could eat in our room. The dining area was under renovation so closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, excepto por lo del “Desayuno incluido” porque solo incluía Café o Jugo de naranja y un platito (plano) con micro rebanadas de fruta. Por lo que si se quiere un desayuno completo hay que pagarlo aparte a precio de restaurante.

Excelente hotel

Es un un excelente hotel a unos 5 minutos de la parroquia de san miguel arcángel. Desde el check in excelente servicio, la habitación excelente espacio, así como el internet y limpieza. El baño muy limpio así como las sábanas y cobijas, colchones confortables en fin excelente decisión. No tiene estacionamiento en la propiedad, sin embargo comuníquese con el personal del hotel para que dejen su auto en doble fila y les ayudarán a bajar las maletas, una vez estoy te darán un trajeron donde tiene un estacionamiento muy cómodo a 3 minutos caminando por un costo muy bajo la noche En todo muy bien 👏👏👏

Deja mucho que desear este hotel, para empezar, no cuentan con valet parking para su estacionamiento (está lejos de la propiedad, la mayoría de hoteles en SM incluye valet parking y este no), encima tiene costo (?), en dos de las habitaciones que renté no salía agua caliente!, el wifi en segunda planta no sirve, no cuentan con botiquín de primeros auxilios o por lo menos no tienen alcohol para esterilización en su botiquín, lo cual es PÉSIMO! Ocupaba inyectar a una persona de emergencia y no pudimos por eso. Eso sí, la ubicación es excelente.

Excelente hotel en una buena ubicación, limpio y muy buena atención. El restaurante buenos alimentos. NO tiene estacionamiento, tienen convenio con otro hotel para los autos pero cobran 300.00 mn por dia, (lo cual no deberian) se debe considerar pagarlos o dejar el auto en la calle, lo cual es complicado ya que las calles son estrechas.
