Hotel Aria has a great central location in Tirana. However, based on our experience, I would not recommend staying for more than two nights. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. Coffee was not complimentary, the price was 150 lek, whereas the same coffee at a nearby café cost approx. 80 lek. In addition, the booking indicated a city tax of EUR 1.45 per person and night, but upon check-in, we were informed that the actual charge was 3 EUR. The aircon in the room was not functioning properly, rather than simply addressing the issue, we were questioned about whether we had touched something we were not supposed to, which we found rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was also not as good as we had expected based on other reviews. The staff's attitude made us feel as though we were a nuisance rather than welcome guests,
