Restaurant staff were very abrasive and not helpful. Refused to order at at the bar, instructed to sit and they would come. Waited 20mins no menu went to another hotel around the corner and they were really good for dinner and friendly. The hotel itself receptionist was very helpful though.

This places lives up to the other reviews. It was exceptional. It was immaculate. There was a lot of cupboard space for belongings and it was nice to have a kettle to make tea in the room. The breakfast was AMAZING! It’s located just 3 min from the main town by car which makes it perfect for peace and quiet but easy to get to everything. I walked into town one day and it took 20 min. The host was very helpful with dinner suggestions. We did a few day trips across to Salzburg and it was lovely to...
Went above and beyond service - they really listened to us and the next day suggested a walking trip for us that was 100% relevant - they are an amazing team and we feel they have achieved something we have not experienced before in our 35years of international travel.
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Just on the edge of all the activity, so it was quiet enough while only 2mins from Linzergasse, and easy access into old town. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
