Upon arrival, the room was clean and housekeeping maintained it during our stay. Beds were comfortable. Quiet all the time. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a convenient location. Close to historical sites, park, shopping, Chinatown and many fast food places.

It is a very modern hotel and spacious. The decoration is very nice and everything seems new and functional. It is close to the Alameda Central but the street where it is located is not the best. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are cotton and very soft. It is nice they include some Nespresso cups to prepare coffee. I would definitely stay there again!

The deluxe room was very spacious, clean, and relatively quiet. The furnished balcony was a great bonus - perfect for al fresco refreshment or hanging laundry to dry.

Location was amazing, room very comfortable and the bed almost too comfortable. The only reason I did not rate it a five was because I did not realize we did not have a room that looked outside, but down into a quiet mall area.

The room was spotless, the hotel employees were friendly and cordlessly.
They offer an early check in for a fee, or to keep your luggage free of charge before checking time.
it was close to restaurants, museums, different amenities and downtown.
We were enjoy our stay there.

They have 24-hour reception service, which was super helpful as our flight got delayed, and we eventually arrived at the hotel at 3 am. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Only not-that-great thing is that it's located opposite to a bar, which can be quite noisy at night if your room is facing that side.

The room was super spacious and comfortable. There was construction going on, but since I was mostly outside it didn’t really bother me. I always had the room made for me everyday and my room was always clean and refilled with new towels and toilet paper. The neighborhood was mostly locals but touristy spots were not far by car or evening walking distance!

The room was a good size, clean, and modern. Almost perfect stay but it was very loud at night time the hotel is in shape of a foyer so noise from when guest who are playing music/talking with windows open was echoed through the whole building.

Very good location, just 3 blocks from the Alameda square. So the square, the walking street and even up to the Zócalo are in walking distance. The direct neighborhood of the hotel is not that fancy like Roma Norte, but you will also find bars and cafés.
The hotel is in the upper floor of a small mall which was under construction in 2026/04. But this was only related to the ground floor, the hotel itself was not affected by the construction work, but when you arrive late in the evening it might look strange.

This is a very modern, clean hotel with spacious rooms, and is VERY conveniently located (several blocks south of the Alameida Central park, which is lively at all hours and is surrounded museums including the Palacio de Belles Artes, the Tower Latinoamerica which has a 360-degree observation deck on the 44th floor, and many wonderful restaurants for both breakfasts and dinners. Although the hotel itself doesn't offer breakfast, the Hotel Metropole has a great buffet breakfast and is only a couple of blocks up the street - in addition to all the other great restaurants nearby.
The location is also central for many other destinations in the city. It's a 20-30 minute walk to the La Merced market, the cathedral, the sunken Aztec city, the Plaza Garibaldi, the museums of chocolate, tequila/mezcal and Muralism. It's a 40-minute walk in the other direction to the Museum of Anthropology, Modern Art, Contemporary Art, Chapultepec Castle, etc. And there's a a subway station about 15 minutes away. It's also near a pick-up spot for tours of the Teotihuacan Pyramids.
We were VERY happy with this choice!
