The hotel view is magnificent real helpful and friendly people. There is a mini bus drop off to McDonald which made it easier to travel to places.

Good but not good enough
We stay 5 days in this property, people in here are great, scenery in here are perfect, but infrastructure in here long way deviate our expectations. no wifi in room, you can capture signal out of door only, too weak to connect inside. hot water supply is limit, due to the water heat machine are too small. no hair dryer. breakfast have 4 choice: garlic steamed rice+pork, rice+beef, rice+sausage, sandwich, tase not so good, it make us crazy. public transport tools can’t be there(up on mountain), need hotel shuttle bus pick up you at McDonald(besides roads), we wait 30mins once. 1/5 lost electricity supply,1/5 lost water supply.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Property/rooms are nothing like the pictures- room is old with cracks in ceiling and floors and property is more like a hostel. The hotel is so run-down and in terrible condition. I had to walk through a old dirty pool that is unused and pass the employee staff area to get to my room.
Location is terrible, I spent so much $$$ on tuktuks because there is no food or other stores or restaurants within walking distance.
Service with the exception of drivers was horrible. the two women at reception during morning/evening shift were unfriendly and not helpful when I checked in, top busy on their phone or talking to coworkers rather than assisting me.
The free breakfast was literally one piece of bacon sliced in half and scrambled egg with hard bread.
such a horrible stay and at $100 a night in the philippines is a shame.

I paid $260 per night for my room. There was no wifi, no hot water and the bathroom wasn't cleaned before I arrived.
I told the staff that I missed the ferry connection due to a late flight and with all the other problems that I should receive some compensation. I suggested two nights free. I missed the first night, so I was paying for a night I wasn't EVEN there. Also, there was a tub on the balcony that didn't work. If you advertise for all these item and CHARGE for them then you need to deliver!
The breakfasts took 40 minutes to get when it was just a cup or rice, one fried egg and a hot dog. 40 minutes? I emailed the manger, Snooky Serna twice and got no response.
This "luxury" property was attached to a hostel and they treated us the same regarding quality of the room though we were paying 10x more per night!

Vacker utsikt, men…
