I did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised that everything was simple and easy. The rooms was super clean with the Jacuzzi the room we got was dorms nice king size bed, bathrooms, super clean. We did not use the Jacuzzi at this trip, but we enjoy the room and enjoyed our stay easy access to everything. I would stay there again when I come back to Rome.

Property stated it was across the street from train n subway. It was 10 to 15 minutes away. And even though it was like a B &B. There needed to be a concierge available. Stayed here for 7 nights. We didn't know what to expect but the place was lovely. The metro was 2 mins up the road and the vatican and St Peters square were a 15/ 20 min walk. Plenty of places to eat and drink around and also felt very safe. The rooms were very clean. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was an Italian breakfast and not what we expected but we enjoyed it. The hosts were lovely especially Ursula. She didn't speak much English and we didn't speak Italian but we somehow made it work. They were on hand all day through WhatsApp if there were any problems. Would definitely say there again.

I am writing because Ursula and the other housekeeping staff person were both amazing. For real. They prepared delicious, yet simple breakfast meals every day with love. They were sincere. The “wild” room theme was off-putting, to say the least. It was not as advertised. We thought we were getting the luxury room. When we arrived, we were greeted by flying monkeys and cheetah print decor. It was….. weird. And as people of color, ….. let’s just say, “It hit different.” Look, at the end of the day, we had a great stay. The room was small, but in a great location - 5 mins from the Metro. It was clean. Check out La Perla downstairs for an authentic dining experience.

Ursula was amazing! She didn't speak English and we couldn't speak Italian, but we made it work. The room was cleaned every day and the small breakfast orders were perfect. The location was convenient. It was a short walk to the Cipro train station, which takes you to all of the major sights. Also, it was close enough for a long walk to the Vatican. There were lots of restaurants in the neighborhood to choose from. It took us a day or so to understand the keyless entry to the suite and our room but by day two, we were pros!

Language was an issue. We got there early so they held our luggage until we came back. Had an issue getting into the room but there was no one at the desk to assist us. Called the number provided but no one spoke English. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes until someone got us a 9-digit code to enter our room.

Property was nice however we were not informed that it was self check in. We were supposed to receive a code from the owner of the property to get into the place and we weren’t even aware of this until another couple coming into the property let us know. We sat around for half an hour until we learned about the code and then another half an hour waiting for the owner to contact us after we tried to connect with him. As of writing this review, the owner never contacted us to apologize or try to make things right. Lousy customer service. Also be advised that hotel says it has made to order breakfast which we assumed would be some sort of hot breakfast. All it was, was a choice of two different croissants and a half a paper cup of juice. Room and bathroom were nice but still a disappointing experience and the only issue we had in any hotel in all of Italy.

Oda resimlerdeki gibiydi. Kahvaltı seçeneğinde glütensiz olarak sadece 2 tane kek var? Kahvaltı seçeneği bence olmamış. Ayrıca partnerim pork yemiyor seçeneklerde belirtilmemiş. Tuvimos difficultés para llegar al hotel y resulto una habitacion estilo airbn. Hubo gente que nos grito en el lobby penso que estabamos escapando del frio. Aunque siempre nos respondio alguien por correo y telefono fue una sorpresa ver que nadie estaba en el "hôtel" Nos gusto la cercania a la station del metro. El horario del desayuno no sirve para las personas que saliamos temprano a visitar la ciudad. Gracias!
