Very comfortable room with lots of storage - which worked for completely unpacking. Room w/n have worked if we tried to "live out of our suitcases as there was no room other than on the bed. Great coffee/tea set up. Room had a safe. Great lighting options for various combinations of lighting. Pillow menu. Washcloths. We learned after 3 days better ways of getting around as there was A LOT of construction around the hotel, so at first, it did not seem walkable, but the waterfront was very accessable with lots of dining options. Breakfast had 2 options, buffet opened early, but had limited American options. Restaurant breakfast did not open prior to our 8am excursions - which is where I could have ordered from a menu. Overall, very impressed with Belgrade.

Standout sparkle

I had a wonderful stay at the Bristol Hotel. The customer service and hospitality from all the staff were excellent – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, with very clean and quiet rooms that look recently renovated, making the stay extra comfortable. The location is also fantastic, close to everything I needed. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade.

Gorgeous, lovingly refurbished hotel in a part of the city that is undergoing extensive renewal. Great courtyard, library, bar, dining room. Rooms beautiful, really comfy bed, nice balcony. 90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues. Definitely will return.

Good = Great quality building and we loved sitting in the library and sipping an evening cocktail. Beautiful rooms with very tall ceilings. Breakfast buffet had great variety. Great location. Attentive and friendly staff. Bad = Lots of construction, so no view. Should get better in 6-12months though. Almost 40% of Serbs smoke, and intensely. Any outdoor seating was horrible with the second hand smoke. In fact, the Bristol has an amazing inner garden atrium area, but cannot be used due to the smoking. We had repeated problems with our AC going off and going high. Each night got hotter and hotter, multiple calls to "reset" the system and technician visits did not alleviate the problem. I assume they will fix it. I would likely go back here if I come to Belgrad again.

Beautiful hotel with a very good restaurant, great service. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. I’ve stayed in all of the top hotels in Belgrade including the recently opened St Regis, and The Bristol offers the most personalized experience. However, I would only recommend staying there Sunday through Thursdays. The weekend nights are very loud with the noise coming from the night clubs around the hotels that go on until the wee hours of the morning. I was shocked at how loud the yelling, car horns, and other noises were, which kept on waking me up. The front desk apologized and told me they had received similar complaints from other guests but they couldn’t do anything about it. I plan to stay at The Bristol again, but never on a weekend night!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are perfectly designed. The bathroom lighting is excellent for applying makeup, which is uncommon for most hotels. I travel extensively and I wish that I could find more hotels like this one in Europe and in the US.

The hotel has a bar club which is very noisy until midnight. I cannot believe it happens that a 5stars hotel don’t give a quiet circumstance so that their client is able to sleep. When I ask for helps, the staff say they can do nothing. It is absolutely the worst and terrible I have ever seen in all my hotel experience. Even worse than any motel.
