シンプルで過ごしやすい

女性専用（禁煙）ルーム一泊で利用しました。あまりにもガランとしたフロントとエレベーター前の絨毯がボロボロな事に驚きましたが、受付の方は感じ良く、お部屋は明るくて清潔で静かで心地良く過ごせました。おかげで良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

女性専用のフロアがあり安心できました。また部屋には女性向けにコテ、ドライヤー、ナノイーがあり、いただけるアメニティも少しプラス感があり良かったです。 ただ、ナノイーはカビ臭く、給水口には黒カビのようなものが付着していたため、使用できませんでした。 使用と掃除の頻度が低いと、カビてしまう機器のため、ただ置いている感が出ていて残念でした。

立地とスタッフさんが最高！

とにかく安く泊まれて、コンサート会場の東京BUNTIまで徒歩で行けました！ 膝が悪く、下肢障害の診断書を持って参加しました。 初日の行きは、googleマップで徒歩19分と出たので、タクシーで行きましたが、一瞬で着きました(⌒-⌒; ) タクシーの運転手さんが、歩いても近いよー すぐそこだからー もったいないよー と言われ、帰り道を調べたら、徒歩4分とかになってて、驚いて、帰りは歩いて帰りましたが、すぐに到着してびっくりしました^_^ コンサートの時の泊まりは安いビジネスで良いので、本当に助かります^_^ また次も横浜でコンサートがある時はここに泊まりたいと思いました^_^

全体的に良いが… 受付スタッフは、もう飽きるほど説明しているから端折られていたのか、自分の理解力が悪かったのか…連泊でエコ清掃、部屋に入って来ないと想ってたが、入られていた。 ３泊以上で入られると想ってしまった。 あと、１０階建てなのに、１２階の部屋、万一の説明時、どうすれば良いのか？ 基本的には、良いです
