Fiz a reserva para minha mãe e afilhada, escolhi o local principalmente pela localização próxima a praia. Elas me relataram que a hospedagem foi ótima. A equipe da recepção muito prestativa e atenciosa. Elas chegaram cedo, antes do horário do check-in, mas puderam deixar as malas na recepção para passear até a liberação do quarto. Quando foram fazer o check-in e contaram que era a primeira vez no Nordeste, o recepcionista ofereceu um upgrade para um quarto com vista pro mar. Elas amaram! Relatou também que o quarto estava limpo e organizado e o café da manhã foi muito bom.

O quarto é muito abaixo da nota indicada para o HOTEL (8.4). Não estava realmente limpo, o banheiro tem um piso que parece uma lixa, o que indica sujeira também e não tem BOX. Em razão disso, o banheiro fica molhado e úmido. Lamentável. A nota não condiz com as condições do hotel.

Vou iniciar minha avaliação falando da equipe, que equipe maravilhosa, pessoal super atencioso, bem profissionais, comunicativos e com boas energias! O café da amanhã é um show, muitas opções, tudo bem saboroso, adorei como prestaram atenção até na quantidade de açúcar e sal dos alimentos, disponibilizando os mesmos para serem adicionados ou manter as medidas para pessoas com restrições. O quarto estava super limpo, banheiros confortáveis, a climatização do quarto super agradável. Cama confortável, cobertas macias, toalhas limpas e cheirosas. Para não falar que tudo foi perfeito, só teve um único ponto, a água quente do chuveiro não ficava quente, você poderia escolher entre uma água gelada e uma água natural. Ainda vou voltar a me hospedar nesse hotel ou em outro da mesma rede.
