New hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. In an area with many cafes and eateries .

Clean room, helpful staffs as they checked our bookings did not include breakfast even though Hotel. Come stated free breakfast on our bookings . Eventually the manager gave us free breakfast through our entire stay.
