Don’t stay at any property with Europea Residences

The only toilet was malfunctioning from the get go with a ridiculous reason of “limestone.” They got someone out within 2 hours and said it was fixed only to find that it wasn’t so we immediately vacated. Given the circumstances, I requested a refund and they agreed. Fast forward a week later when reviewing my credit card and no credit was there, I reached out to follow up and was told that they inspected, found no issue, and would not be refunding me. They failed to contact me about this until I reached out. They continue to point to their cancellation policy instead of acknowledging their responsibility to provide essential accommodations including a properly functioning toilet as well as communicating on a timely basis. Now, I’m being told I am threatening because in response to their repeated pointing to the cancellation policy, I repeat that the only toilet wasn’t working correctly and they failed to communicate. I have in text that they would refund and they aren’t honoring it. They made a commitment and have reneged on it. I will NEVER deal with Europea Residences again and I recommend that no one else does either.
