Most attractions are around the corner. We walked to Sagrada- 25 min, Catalonia square -15 min. Very convenient location. There are 5 rooms at the property, 2 bathrooms to share, excellent kitchen. Our room had a balcony facing inside the block, so it was quite.

The room was tiny, but very clean. The common space was also clean. The servise was good. Location is perfect. One thing, that disturbed a lot - it was a main entrance door that banged very loudly when it slammed shut.

Based on prior reviews, we were not convinced that we would actually stay at this property but because we couldn’t cancel, we decided to check it out. We had the larger room with the balcony. Pros Comfortable bed Amazing location Good communication Having access to a kitchen was a pleasant surprise It was clean (enough), but could use a refresh of paint Cons The 2 shared bathrooms with 3 other rooms. Only one of them had a sink and the smaller bathroom was very tight. The sheets and towels were very thin

Very nice apartment in a great area. 5 rooms in 1 apartment, no living room, but everything else needed to function. I thought. The 1 roll of toilet paper used up on my first night, that was there for 2 apartments. You only realize the size of this issue, when you face it. Who travels with extras? 😄 You only think this is a huge issue, until the elevator stops working as it did on our first morning, and you're forced to walk down and up 5 stories, because the apartment is in the attic on the 5th. Communication with whoever was difficult, had to wait a very long time for responses. Thanks, we won't be returning.

The host met me for early check in and helped me locate the building. If you are trying to find it, locate the Jo Malone London store on Rambla de Catalunya, the entrance to the apartment building is next door. The concierge of the building helped me with the lift, he was very friendly :) The location is perfect , it is in the middle of everything for the Pg. de Gracia and surrounding areas, yet also quiet at night time, and feels very safe for a solo afab traveller. Air con was €10 which I didn’t mind as the room was great value for money and the air con was powerful and quiet. It needs to be paid cash or bank transfer, I’d recommend bringing cash to pay because bank transfers cost money internationally (usually). The shared bathroom was near the room, lockable, safe, clean and had hot water. I travelled solo but I made friends instantly by eating at the bar at Tapas 24 (near enough to walk to) and going to bars afterwards, which were also near enough to walk to. The balcony is a really peaceful place to enjoy breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough :)

Excellent location in the Eixample, close walk to Gaudi houses and a major metro/train stop at Passeig de Gracia, made transport to/from the location very easy. The host on-site let us drop our bags early on the day of arrival due to a problem with our other luggage storage booking, we SO appreciate you Maria! Room (twin beds) was very comfortable and kitchen was adequate for our needs -- we could only get one of the stove burners to light, the other 3 wouldn't, but it was usable.

Cristina is very prompt with communication and Lana prepared our room nicely. The bed was comfortable but I wish the two pillows were in their own pillow cases. I also wish there was a USB port or an American electric plug to charge our phones. All of the wall receptacles are European and unfortunately we did not have an adapter for that. But all in all, it was a good experience. Thank you!

Stayed 2 nights with my daughter for a sightseeing trip. Mainly used the room for overnight as we were out during the day. Sali checked us in and briefly showed us around. Towels were provided. Bedroom was as advertised, we just found the memory foam pillows rather dense and high. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy. Could have done with extra toilet rolls as they were getting used up quickly with it being a shared accommodation. Overall a pleasant stay, suited us. Rooms Rambla is in a convenient central location, although was noisy at times, outside and in.
