The room and the hotel were super clean. A few snagging points here and there but it appears the rooms and hotel have been recently refurbished and decorated. New carpets, fresh clean sheets. Bed was a little hard but that’s personal preference and you cannot swap a mattress out for people each stay nor would I expect them too. Just what you want from a b&b and in Blackpool I would certainly give this top ratings from some of the other places I have stayed for similar prices. I can’t comment on breakfast as we chose to sleep in and head home. The staff were lovely and so accommodating as well. The little touches such as the sealed toothbrushes and toothpastes. The choice for tea and coffee with biscuits in the room. Good, powerful shower.

I stayed recently for the Rebellion Festival weekend and I really enjoyed my time here. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately in my room there was no wardrobe, but I tend to live out of my suitcase so it didn’t really affect me. There was a wall mounted rack with some coat hangers so I could hang some clothes. The en-suite bathroom was clean and modern, my only complaint here was that the sink was very small which made it awkward for shaving. The staff that I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent, and everyday I was asked if I wanted anything else. I didn’t need anything else, the breakfast was very filling, more than enough to keep me satisfied for a few hours. Based on my experience I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Empire Inn was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was spotless, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to Blackpool city centre. Lovely clean and comfortable

We only had the one night but the room was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Handily placed for a short walk to the tower area but not too noisy. We will certainly come back next time we are visiting Blackpool.

Rooms and overall decor of the building was brilliant. Clean, comfortable and such friendly staff. WiFi was great, TV included Netflix and it wasn't a tiny telly you get in a lot of other places. Bathroom/shower was so good. I can't speak highly enough. Will definitely be heading back. Loved it.
