For the 3 of us, it was amazing for the property to provide us with a unit with 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The location is perfect. The food at the hotel cafe is good and the price is reasonable. The property is well maintained and clean. Would love to stay here again if we should visit Madrid again.

The 2-bed room apartment is better than what I expected. Each room has its own toilet and shower. Each room has an air condition and in the kitchen area also. Downstairs is the water fountain where you can get water. Location is perfect. Bus station is next to the hotel and metro is right across the street.

The hotel's location is great . Across is a big indoor mall, a Metro subway station, a grocery beside the hotel, and most of all just less than a kilometer walk to Plaza Espana and the Palace. The only downside is the afternoon female desk reception staff, when we checked in on Oct.12, 2026. She seemed not to be happy with her job, not smiling, very cold, like a robot giving directions to our rooms. I asked her if their cafeteria was serving breakfast because I saw a brochure at her desk , she replied to me that it is only for students, without even looking at me. It turned out that the cafeteria is open to all the hotel guests, as my friends were able to have a breakfast there the following morning. On our check- in day , I went down to the reception to request for an extra pillow as I need to 2 pillows to prevent my acid backing up, she said she's alone a day can't get it, I found out that the supplies are just behind the reception office. She's not fitted to be in a hospitality job ! I didn't bother to ask for her name, but the Management would know once they read this review.

It was nice and clean. Front desk spoke English which helped being from US. The housekeeping intervals were unclear so we never were cleaned in 6 days but we didn't specifically ask so no harm no foul. They did give us towels and TP at front when asked. Halls were quiet and the ac was great. The location for a first visit to Madrid was awesome. A mall and train across the street, fast Uber service and Temple and Palace a reasonable walk. All in all I recommend this for a no frills but clean and safe home base.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Check-in was super easy and there’s a beautiful lobby to wait in comfortably. Welcoming staff. The room itself was spacious with a little mini fridge, which allowed me to walk across the street to the market and get water, fruit and a tortilla for breakfast. The room has a microwave which was super convenient. The shower was really hot. There’s a great little gym- tiny but all you might need. And it was a great location. It was an excellent stay. I highly recommend. #solotraveler
