The hotel has a great location, within a short walking distance of the central square on Arce Street, where the restaurants are located. The only negative point was the shower, which did not maintain a constant temperature, changing between very hot and cold.

In a rural Uyuni, this hotel is an oasis at reasonable rate. It is modern, newly built, clean. It is located in the city center. Room has good size. Bathroom is decent. Only complaint is about lacking of an elevator. They provide oxygen and coco tea to help you to overcome altitude sickness.

The hotel is only one block away from our tour operator’s office. It was very convenient to access and is very clean. The staff were very friendly and helped us on taxi reservation for early morning next day. It was too early to have breakfast before our taxi pick up time but the staff who was preparing breakfast helped us with some bread and juice. We’re really thankful for that. I made a mistake! We booked a classic room, (about $135usd) and it had no window and no air conditioning. I asked for a fan, but they don’t have any. The stair and hallway have motion sensor lights, and many people leave early in the morning for salt flats, so between 430 and 5am, every time someone passed our room, the hallway lights went on. The windows to the hallway, don’t have very good blinds and it lit up the room each time. On all the previous hotel states, they offered two bottles of complementary water. But they only had water for sale in the fridge. The bed was comfortable, but I did not sleep well, given how hot the room was. It was cold outside, but no ventilation to the room. The property does not have an elevator, but the staff will help carry the bags up the stairs. We arrived later in the evening so we had dinner at the hotel. The food was OK, but it took over an hour to get our burger and chicken. The breakfast was fine, and the staff were very good and polite. If you like to sleep in a cool room, I cannot recommend booking a classic room in this hotel.

The room is small and minimal. No chair, just a bed. Small bathroom and small shower. We stayed two nights and received zero housekeeping visits. L'établissement est superbe, très confortable et idéal pour un séjour à Uyuni. Mais ce qui fait la force incroyable de cet hôtel, c'est la qualité de son équipe. Suite à un ajustement administratif nécessaire sur notre réservation, le personnel a fait preuve d'une réactivité et d'une bienveillance hors du commun. Ils se sont montrés d'une disponibilité totale, allant jusqu'à répondre à nos sollicitations au milieu de la nuit (heure locale) pour s'assurer que tout soit parfaitement réglé pour nous. Un tel niveau de professionnalisme, d'honnêteté et de sens du service est extrêmement rare. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Un immense merci à toute l'équipe.
