Chose this to have the space of an apartment for the same price as a room at my conference hotel (the hands Hyatt). Was the envy of others who stayed at the Hyatt with family. Better condition than some of the old reviews suggest. Big rooms, pool was fine for us. Air con worked well and s needed. Concierge not that helpful and felt sorry for them, knowing they are competing for your business. And not forced on you like old reviews suggest.
