We had the most wonderful stay in Mexico City! Onto is a very luxurious place to enjoy. Walking distance from many Michelin star restaurants, lots of fun places to shop, and many cool cocktail bars. The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The shower products smelled divine. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful - truly wonderful service! This is a new and lovely hotel. The staff was very professional and kind. This area of Roma Norte is filled with shops and dining. The only thing to note is that this is an open air style hotel and the street noise can come through. We carry a noise maker for sleep and had no issues.

This brand new hotel is in the center of Roma Norte, easily walkable to popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The hotel room itself is beautiful, the room is spacious with all kitchenware needed, the bed is super comfortable and AC works perfectly (most airbnbs have no AC). I would stay here again.

Our room was beautiful and spacious and access to the room was quick and convenient. There was a small issue in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately. The room was serviced every day and we had clean white towels every time. We also received great suggestions for restaurants and tours. We actually booked one of the tours and it was great. The service at this hotel is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.
