Staff was really great. Room was clean, but bare. Missing hand towels & wash cloths. For an extended stay place, paper towels were missing as were other necessary extended stay amenities. Carpeting in hallway was very dirty going into many rooms (guessing construction crews stay often). There’s a lot of potential for this property if they address certain issues.

We got there at 12 am. Had just booked with H.com minutes before. H.com accepted the reservation. When we got there, parking lights were off and lobby was closed, lights off, nobody home. Thankfully there was a phone, someone answered and told me the desk shuts down at 10. I told them how I just made the reservation and nothing was mentioned. He said he'd come down. After a few minutes he was there and turned the lights on. It took a while to get checked in as he had to make a few phone calls cause he was in charge of the cleaning service. He was great but it did take awhile. And when you gotta pee, you know what im getting at. Anyway, good guy, did his best and we got our room. Room was clean and comfortable but the bed unfortunately felt like a couch pull out. We got our rest and were out of there at 7. It was good. Not great but good.

The place is short staffed. There was no one there to check in couldn’t check in until evening. We were told that’s it’s not a typical hotel for one nights. They are considered extended stay hotel. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.
