Minha experiência no Morro dos Anjos Resort deixou bastante a desejar. O local precisa melhorar muito em vários aspectos. A rua de acesso aos apartamentos é de pedra e terra, o que dificulta bastante a locomoção, principalmente com malas. No apartamento não havia kit de higiene, algo básico que se espera de um resort. A alimentação foi um dos pontos mais fracos: café da manhã, almoço e jantar com poucas opções, comida mal preparada e grande demora para reposição — quando havia reposição. Muitas vezes faltavam itens e demoravam para repor. Não há atividades noturnas nem programação de entretenimento, o que torna a estadia monótona. Durante nossa hospedagem também faltou água no apartamento, e demorou bastante para o abastecimento ser normalizado. A piscina próxima ao bar estava muito suja, passando sensação de descuido. Existe uma área de games, porém tudo é pago e com valores abusivos. Infelizmente, pelo valor cobrado, a estrutura e os serviços oferecidos não correspondem às expectativas de um resort. Não recomendo até que haja melhorias significativas.

Estadia decepcionante

Eu NUNCA tive uma experiência tão ruim em uma hospedagem. Não consigo nem ter palavras para decifrar o que era para ser um final de semana de comemoração de dia das mães foi um dos finais de semanas mais estressantes e horríveis.. Para começar fiz uma reserva para presentear minha mãe e passarmos um final de semana de dia das mães diferente e descansar. Chegamos ao hotel e tudo uma bagunça, fui informada que haveria um evento de MISS. Alguns funcionários estressados. Fiquei exatamente 2h30 para conseguir entrar no meu quarto. Por três vezes deram a chave do quarto errada, cheguei lá e fui abrir tinha hóspedes dentro do quarto a outra não abria. A recepção é super longe e eu tinha que voltar lá e o pior não tinha cartões chaves (tinha acabado).. mal sabíamos o que estava por vim.. um grande resumo porque foram tantas coisas que nem daria para colocar tudo aqui… Relatam que é pensão completa. Pura mentira. Ficamos sem almoço, sem café da manhã e sem jantar. Comida horrível. Quando tinha estava fria e cheia de moscas varejeiras em cima. Na sexta feira minha filha chorava de fome. Era 20h30 não tinha carne e nenhuma outra opção. Dia das mães? Ninguém lembrou. No sábado era 20h queríamos tomar um drink ou cerveja não tinha nada aberto. Eu não fui informada que teria um evento no local quando reservei e tudo que ia questionar era por conta do evento. Eu peguei mais de 1.500 a diária para ter um final de semana horrível.
