The location is excellent if you're going to explore Grand lake St. Mary's Indian lake lake loremy and other places in that region and the price is right. Also the location is good right off of interstate 75 and botkins is a small town with a couple of good restaurants and bars

Older Motel, Current Management are making improvements that is plain to see. My stay was clean everywhere, all equipment worked properly. I stayed 2 nights as they were the only option near my friend I was visiting. My second stay in 2 years, I will use them again

Room was dirty when we walked in. Dust everywhere. Floors were disgusting. Once I got out the shower and walked back to the bed barefoot the bottom on my feet were black. Door would not lock. Bathroom light looked like a fire hazard. Get what you pay for I guess but this is my second time here. The first room is what made me want to book again and this time was really disappointing Random tape on the walll. Tape holding on the AC unit.

They are doing major repairs remodeling, and there’s a bunch of refrigerators and HVAC units in the parking lot. And a trailer full of old bedding, plus we had multiple cockroaches in our room (127)
