ı have not checked in hotel that night, tried to reach hotels.com, no one answered my messages, in the middle of night 2.5 hours I had to wait for cancellation after I called the police, the room I booked was with window, and the hotel staff insisted the room was without window. Since 14th of November I am waiting for my money refund, UK hotels.com said within 72 hours will be resolved, nothing done!! Worst platform ever and the worst hotel reception ever.
