Al llegar me dijeron que no tenían Expedia, no sabian de mi reservación, mala atención de la recepcionista, instalación sucias y viejas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, se prendía cuando quería, se apagaba de la nada y no se podía encender, desayuno incluido que tardó más de 40 min, nunca llegó porque tenía que irme. Las instalaciones nada que ver con las fotos. Horrible, menos mal no pague antes cuando reservé si no, mi dinero no lo hubiera recuperado.
