Stayed in the family suite with a party of 5. There was PLENTY of room for all. There is a full kitchen downstairs that can be used which is really convenient especially if staying multiple days. We were skeptical about this place when arrived and found just a keypad on the front door. We hadn't realized that it was self-check-in. We hadn't been sent a code, so we called the number and a helpful person ensured that we got in. Our room was excellent. Clean, and new-looking. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large TV. There was no breakfast service, but a large kitchen was available on the first floor if we had wanted to cook something. Large theatre room downstairs as well as a ping pong table. This was a nice place - we wished we were staying longer than one night. Would definitely stay here again.

Extensive kitchen and supplies available to guests willing to do their own cooking. Very limited dining available in this small isolated town. Be prepared to travel for meals or to prepare your own. This place was awesome! We didn't take advantage of all the community amenities since we only had time to sleep but we wanted to! This would be perfect for a large extended family trip to Capitol Reef. Everyone has their own room but can hang out in the common areas. We really appreciated the upkeep, the cleanliness, and the thoughtfulness. They didn't just provide the minimum like so many hotels. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Property is like a huge mansion with 14 individual rooms, large common areas that include a very large kitchen, dining room, living area, including a basement level with a ping pong table and games. Even though we were a couple, we could appreciate the spaciousness of the property and ample personal space in the room. The stay felt less like a hotel and more like an Airbnb or Vrbo because check in was virtual. Even though I do like having staff on site, it was easy to text to get an answer to any of our questions. My wife would've appreciated a hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice - very clean - beds very comfortable. Two things I didn't like - the windows in our room were facing the lobby/dining area. The lights were on all night out there so it was too light in our room and it made it really hard to sleep. The other thing I didn't like was there was no hair dryer. EVERYBODY has hairdryers in the rooms so I didn't bring one and it was very frustrating.

Check in information provided in plenty of time. Locating my actual room proved challenging as the floors were numbered on the European system not the American system. It would have been nice if the instructions had included information on how to lock the room from the outside. I did figure it out eventually. The room itself was large, clean and airy. This is the first time we have utilized on of these self check-in places. Once we were settled in after a phone call to access the property, we found a pleasant enough room. TV was difficult to use (too techy for some older folks- i.e. the remote). Room was cold and thermostat did not work (had to call and get help). Someone came over to assist us. She was able to turn off the main blower somehow. Used a space heater from main area to heat the room to a comfortable temperature. Bed was very nice. Was not able to regulate shower water temperature. Water faucet was frozen in place (could not be adjusted). Only one option temperature - rather hot. You could not turn it up or down. The sink water spigots were reversed from normal (right side hot, left side cold). We were in room 114. Just a little different for us, but nice accomodations barring a few challenges.

It was a wonderful historic building. Huge common areas. A wonderful common plus-size kitchen. You are texted access codes for remote check-in with a phone number for friendly assistance if needed. Cook your own breakfast or go across the street for a great breakfast cooked for you at the Suggle Inn. The beds were very comfortable.
