El hotel no cuenta con elevador y al notificar que tengo problemas de movilidad, el personal no me ofreció ninguna alternativa para cambiarme a otra estancia dentro de su cadena de hoteles. No hay suficiente iluminación en los pasillos, ya que las luces encienden con sensor de movimiento, lo que puede ocasionar un accidente con los huéspedes. En cuanto a la habitación, las camas no son cómodas y no proveen cobijas para el frío. Al solicitar cobijas, me entregaron 2 “fitted de cama” y para culminar drenaje de la ducha estaba tapado. No recomiendo este hotel en lo absoluto!!
