Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Chichén Itzá. We stayed two nights and weren’t expecting a lot, but it is a new, very nicely decorated resort type hotel with nice pools, gym and pretty grounds. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. It is a 10 minute drive to Chichen Itza so you beat the crowds. It is lovely to relax by the pool or on the balcony.

The staff were very friendly. Perfect location if you’re visiting Chichen Itza. They shuttled us to and from the Tren Maya station. They stored our luggage prior to check-in and shuttled us to Chichen Itza, one of the seven wonders of the world, which is definitely a must see. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again, hopefully really soon.

WOW WOW WOW, Stunning hotel, friendly and attentive staff, nothing was too much bother. Rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished, everything was of super quality. Amazing grounds and the pool area...fabulous. Hidden gem sounds like an old cliche however this was truly outstanding. Ideal location for visiting Chichen Itza. Don't be put off driving up the track to the hotel,(awaiting the road from Maya train station to Chichen Itza being built) Book now!

The room was spotless! The room, bathroom and balcony were all beautifully decorated! The service from the staff was 5-Star! The views were spectacular. The food in the restaurant was well proportioned to the price and very good. Beautiful hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Super convenient for a visit to Chichen Itza especially if traveling with the new Tren Maya. The hotel has transportation to/from train station, Chichen Itza including night show, and other local spots. The swimming pool was a real treat after a day at Chichen Itza. We had some excellent meals at the restaurant. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this new hotel.
