Nice place to stay in

The residence is a new building which has been renewed after great earthquake back in 2023 at the country. The hotel building is new and consisted with 1+1 studio rooms and furnitured a kitchen. I have stayed there with bad + breakfast. My stay was pretty smooth and problemless. I suggest to stay in there if you have plan to visit in Malatya City.

Malatya is an interesting city, the hotel was hard to find due to all of the reconstruction and a bit away from everything. Finding food in the evening was challenging Staff were lovely and so very helpful!
