This hotel has excellent location, close to a public parking lot and good restaurants. It has ocean view from a big balcony, perfect for taking pictures in morning and sunset. The hotel breakfast is the best. The walk from hotel to Fira or Imerovigli are very interesting with beautiful view from both ocean and the buildings.

Sunset is an excellent property, the views are spectacular, the host, Nik, is wonderful and the staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is terrific. The hotel is easily accessible from Firostefani's main square and with just a few steps from the road. The view is breathtaking over the caldera, Sakros rock, Imerovigli, and Fira. The staff are friendly and welcomimg. A really good and fresh breakfast is provided. It really sets you up for the day. My stay there was great.

Very nice hotel in central Firostefani area . Great view and nice staff . One recommendation I would make is to change the breakfast menu a bit . We stayed for 5 days and had same breakfast every morning. It got old after 2 days .
