Worst service ever
Terrible service and worst dinner experience ever where we were discriminated compared to other guests due to: 1. Initially, before complaining, placed alone in separate room next to the restaurant where all other guests were seated although restaurant was not full without any explanation. 2. Completely ignored during the dinner while other guests received proper service. 3. No understanding or apology after reporting the incident to the hotel manager Swedish/Kenyan family with two kids

Desværre meget slidt (familie-)værelse hvor der lige skulle fjernes edderkopper samt spin i loft og under bordet før teenageren ville entrere værelset.

Vi ble tildelt et rom på en "gammel avd" som ikke burde vært utleigd. Dusj ødelagt, mørkt og trist. Uteområdet var veldig dårlig vedlikeholdt. Vi fekk nytt rom i ny avd for 2. natt, det var bedre. Middag og restauranten var veldig bra. Frukost kunne vært betre.

Betjeningen var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Der var en bar i resepsjonen, og det var plassen vi fikk sitte for å ta et lite glass vin før kvelden. Ikke veldig kjekt. Rommet var greit, men luktet skikkelig dårlig (gammel kjellerlukt). Full lufting gjorde det noe bedre. Vinduene vendte ut mot skog/bakside med stor risiko for mygg osv. Ingen utsikt.
