A little unfortunate incident affected our stay
Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel has nice amenities in the hotel and we particularly enjoyed the Korean restaurant on B1. The breakfast included package option we took was really good. The staff were friendly enough and professional. The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. One thing unpleasant happened during our stay. As my parents opened their door right after checking in and turned on their light, they saw a cockroach running away startled on the floor, which somehow my mom caught with her bag. The housekeeping team was very fast to deal with the issue and cleaned the site when I called them, but this incident left a bit of a bitter taste on our stay.

저희는 리모델링된곳에서 하루 자고 리모델링 안된곳 6인실 하루 잤는데 리모델링 된곳은 깨끗하고 리모델링 안된곳은 노후되어있지만 괜찮아요 단 침대는 불편해요

객실 내 난방시설이 중앙난방이어서 입실했을 때 한기가 많이 돌았습니다. 문의하니 저녁 6시 이후 난방을 가동한다고 답변을 받았습니다~ 1박 2일 숙소에 묵었는데 1인당 타월 1개가 제공되어 모자랐습니다. 수건 추가 시 요금이 있었습니다.
