Staff was great and Michele was very helpful and kind. This place is beautiful. Black Prong Resort is definitely a hidden gem in Florida. Also, don’t miss out on the great food at the onsite Black Prong restaurant. 5 star meal offerings right on property for a beautiful setting and tasty steak dinner.

This is a lovely property provided you are the only one booked in the available cabins, as there is only one road in and out of the property. That means, kids on e-bikes, parents on golf carts, all day long commencing early morning. Additionally, there is not ample or significant space between units to ensure property. The advertisements which were articulated by staff, are not accurate. There is a very limited area in which to "hike". You must leave the property and travel for several minutes if you want to hike. Beautifully maintained, but not an ideal property for privacy. Note also, day passes are available to the community for pool usage.

Staff is super nice, rooms were exceptionally clean and the Black Prong Dining experience was absolutely a 5 star experience. Michelle the Guest Relations Manger made us feel great before arrival ,on arrival and during our entire stay. She was very accommodating and kind. This resort is 10/10 all day everyday. Exceptional!

We booked a stay at Black Prong Resort for my husband’s birthday and it could not have been more perfect. The staff were amazing. Anything you need, they made it happen. We stayed in a single cabin & couldn’t use the charcoal grill because of the current burn ban. There is a stove and oven, but we wanted to grill. The front desk had a gas grill brought right to us. Each spot comes with your own personal golf cart to ride off-roading. We brought out baby bunny with us for a small fee & there was plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely be back.
